Designing Habitual Health

Long term┬áhealth is made, not born. It’s made of the summation of many small actions, taken hundreds of times over long stretches of time. I’ve coached thousands of patients caught in the jaws of debilitating┬ádisease, and essentially all of them had gotten themselves into the unhealthy place they were stuck in, with repeated unhealthy choices and many, many, many missed opportunities for a different course of action.

Your habits make or break your long term health.

You can design the health you want by designing the habits that add up to that level of health and practicing them over time until you get really good at them. Until they become automatic and you don’t have to try anymore. Until they become part of your identity.

This is called Habitual Health.
